I strive to provide Professional Development opportunities to staff that are aligned with the School District's Mission and Vision,. Within these Professional Development opportunities, I also aim to build upon the staff's personal, and professional goals that go beyond short-term objectives. Getting to know staff members on a personal level is essential for fostering trust, collaboration, and a positive work environment. It not only enhances individual well-being but also contributes to the overall success and effectiveness of an organization.

Gained an addtional 3.75 hours of instructional time increasing our star data and learning sped goals.
Letters represent students' grades in each section - student names were not displayed. This was a powerful activity during a Professional Development session. Teachers set their own goals to decrease the lower grades and to support their student's academic performance through the MTSS process.
Presented to School District Principals on MTSS effectiveness
Presented to all School District Principals the success in the 9th grade academy. The success was shown due to increased positive behavior, grades, and attendance with ESL. SPED and 9th-grade students.
